The Leadership Integration Container is designed for leaders ready for long-term continuity, deeper integration, and sustained counterbalance. This container supports clients who have established momentum through weekly coaching and are prepared to work at a pace that allows for both depth and integration over time. The alternating session structure provides space for reflection, application, and recalibration without overload.
Session structure:
Weekly coaching with alternating sessions:
• 30-minute sessions (integration, clarity, alignment)
• 50-minute sessions (depth, strategy, pattern work)
Includes:
Weekly combo coaching (30 / 50-minute sessions, alternating)
15-minute TAP-In (Take Action Promptly) support as needed
Quarterly 30-minute Integration Calls
Ongoing focus on clarity, counterbalance, and value-led leadership
Duration:
12-month commitment
