Lila Boyer, affectionately known as Coach Be is the C.E.O. – Cocreator of Extraordinary Outcomes™. Coach Be is sought after by non- profits organizations, governmental agencies, and highly motivated leaders from various walks of life.
Coach Be was born in the 60’s and raised in New York City – Harlem; in the midst of two polarizing events: the civil rights movement and the drug epidemic.These events shaped her worldview and her self-concept. She did not always make the best decisions. Many years later she was at the end of her rope and was faced with a dilemma. Does she continue to take the path of perpetual downfall, or does she get assistance, face life, and get on the court and play all out? She developed a “Let’s Get it Done Mindset.”
She has a bachelor’s degree in human services – professional studies -human services and a master’s degree in public administration and affairs. Additionally, she is a Certified Master Life Coach (MCLC). She is a Certified Addiction Recovery Coach (CARC) Additionally, she is a Certified Alcoholism Substance Abuse Counselor Advance (CASAC-A). In 2014, She became the Founder and CEO of Helping Other People Everyday (HOPE) where she provides Coaching and both NYS OASAS approved 350 CASAC Training and Recovery Coach Academy Training, and Consultation services.
H.O.P.E. is a NYS/NYC Minority Women Owned Business Enterprise and NYC/NYS vendor. H.O.P.E. received the Unsung Hero Award from CARON NY in 2015 for the work done in the field of substance use disorders. Coach Be has studied and or coached under the finest, grounding breaking, and leading coaching programs in the world such as The Connecticut Community of Addiction Recovery (CCAR) the global leader in training the art and science of recovery coaching.
In addition, she has completed Landmark Forum, Landmark Advance, Landmark Commitment Seminar and Self Expression Leadership Program (SELP) and Steve Chandler’s Advance Client Systems (ACS) and Certified Life Coaching Institute which is approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
